The women of DCTV have come together to create SHETHORITY.
SHETHORITY is a place where women and those who identify as women can go to share their stories and read stories by the women of DCTV.
Caity Lotz, Emily Bett Rickards, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Melissa Benoist, Chyler Leigh, Juliana Harkarvy, Maisie Richardson Sellers, Tala Ashe, Ciara Renee, and more are all featured in this video explaining the new safe space.
"We the actresses that work in these DCTV shows started to talk about some of the things that we deal with as women on these shows which opened broader conversations about women’s issues that are going on in the world. We sensed the power that can come from us collectively trying to change things within our little circle vs. by ourselves. And this made us want to expand that circle to women all over the world. To try and help facilitate the movement that’s already happening; a movement of women supporting each other and banning together to achieve equality so we have the power to lead society in a more harmonious way."
